Predefined gifs
if url of predefined gif is array, we take a random gif from the array
be able to define Roles
They will be merged with the external gifs defined in gifs.json the internal gifs will all be usable with !gif filename *without the .gif extension*
before startup internal gifs will be loaded from /client/gif/

add a dockerfile and docker compose file, production ready.
first step we compile the TS,
2nd step we remove all the TS.
Last step we copy what's leftover and we run that.
