- Fully migrates to ESM
- bump outdated deps
- drop Jest and use Bun instead, due to poor TypeScript support (could be possibly reverted? tests are not passing, need further work) / could try migrate to vitest
I'm not sure what the reason was that this check was there in the first place, but it seems to be wrong in at least this one case. Fixes codemod-js#921 (cherry picked from commit f7526b4)
