…project docs setup - Embed full discovery template content in workflow instructions to fix LLM template access issue - Add early setup_project_docs call after discovery phase for living document enhancement - Update all analysis phases to enhance and throughout workflow - Remove redundant setup_project_docs calls from documentation consolidation phase - Ensure living documents evolve with analysis instead of being created only at the end Fixes issues where: 1. LLM couldn't access discovery template content and created incorrectly structured files 2.
