Closes #14. Add the profile quality scorecard tool (scripts/scorecard.py) which runs 12 checks to assess release and organic discovery readiness, reporting scores out of 100 with console, JSON, and Markdown outputs. Include a thorough unit test suite (tests/test_scorecard.py) covering all scenarios. Integrate targets in Makefile and validate CI workflow steps, and document the utility in README.md.

Thanks @therealsaitama0. We merged #53 as the consolidated maintainer integration and included first-time contributor co-author credit there.

I am closing this PR as superseded to keep the repo to one accepted path per contributor and avoid merging duplicate implementations of the same bounty/good-first issues. If you want to keep contributing, please open a fresh PR against a new non-overlapping issue or a focused follow-up to the merged toolkit.
