TUI: long ask-user questions are cut off with an ellipsis; show the full question and allow keyboard option selection #4331
A user reports that in the terminal (omo CLI / TUI), when the agent asks the user a question (the ask-user tool), a LONG question is cut off with "…" and cannot be read in full. They ask for the question to be shown completely (wrapped, or scrollable) and for the options to be pickable with the keyboard, like Claude Code's question prompt.

Expected (ideal state)
The full question text is always readable in the TUI: it wraps to the terminal width, and if it is taller than the available space the prompt scrolls (or pages) instead of truncating.
Options are selectable with the keyboard (arrows / numbers + Enter), the current choice is visible, and free-text "other" stays available.
Narrow terminals and CJK/wide characters wrap correctly (no cut glyphs, no overflow).
Acceptance criteria
A question longer than the screen is fully reachable (wrap + scroll), verified on a real terminal render (not only a snapshot of the model).
Keyboard selection of options works end to end; a test drives it.
CJK text of the same length wraps without truncation.

#1623 (closed: the async ask-user widget hid the question and depended on one chord), #1857 (closed). The desktop app has separate reports of truncated question text; those are tracked on the desktop side.
