Description
This PR 1) builds all the staging and intermediate models necessary for 2) pd_funnel_6_12. This model is meant to track the application -> trained pipeline for teachers in the "5 day summer" workshops.
Future work: use this funnel to help feed an equivalent to analysis.teachers.
