Change out some Weapon surnames

About the pull request

Removes:

• Adze
• Bowman
• Fan
• Hatchet
• Hammer
• Lancer
• Ram

Adds:

• Arbalest
• Ballista
• Estoc
• Garand
• Kukri
• Maul
• Poleaxe

Explain why it's good for the game

Probably shouldn't have tools in the weapon list. Which Adze/Hatchet is. and a Ram is only for doors so I don't think it counts.
Even if it's a really big one for really big doors.
Hammer could refer to a War Hammer but that's a two name surname so no.
Fan could also be Iron Fan, but there's already a one word variation in the list, and two name surname.
Lancer/Bowman refer to weapon users rather than the weapon itself, both of which are already on the list.

Adds more than it removes because I didn't count, so uhhhh *shrug
