- mutch.xsl removes some elements that are problematic in PDF - pdf-edition.xml = version of edition.xml after going through mutch.xsl - pdf-edition.xml.ltx = LaTeX file for PDF of edition
"Other manuscripts from the Jean de Jandun redaction" should be in <head> under <listWit>, not <name> under <witness>.
The <ref> was inside of <app>, which is allowable, but the <app> itself should be inside of <ref>, since that is the information it provides as part of <cit>.
