…ols from official sources (#12) * add support to pass the node js version as build arg * install azure-function core tools from official sources since it's natively supported on arm64 now * downgrade nodejs version to be compatible with azure function core tools v4 * perform npm update * adjust nodejs version of deployment to match dev version
