Update Cloudinary Laravel docs home page to show available features

I've updated the home page to show features, matching it with Astro Cloudinary. However, I was unable to get the correct images working - so some work will need to be done with that.

That is because the assets used by this docs site is different than what the astro site uses. So you'll have to clone the assets over to the other cloudinary account that is set for this site.
