This initializer will just download the Fastify-HTMX-TypeScript starter kit for you, create an application directory and prepare a clean package.json for you to edit.
It doesn't work on Windows machines. Feel free to fix this :)
Usage:
npm create fastify-htmx-ts-app@latest my-app

npx fastify-htmx-ts-app@latest my-app
