I've removed code, to remove the other tabs I would loose the content, It would be better to migrate at least issues, but the are dated 2018, for sure I need to consult @alexcherney about it

The project is not totally moved, @alexcherney still make release using sourceforge, and clamav binaries are still on my home page

I suppose discussions and mailing lists (maybe news?) could be easly dropped.

Sourceforce does allow me to have only a support link (except the ones generated tickets, etc), I may point here and then add the forum in description
