This pull request adds the official citation style for the Journal of Advanced Engineering and Science Technology (JAEST).

• The style follows the journal's author guidelines: https://journals.univ-biskra.dz/index.php/jaest/author-guidelines
• It is based on "Elsevier with Titles," with modifications for JAEST’s specific formatting.
• This CSL style ensures authors can correctly format references when submitting to JAEST.
• Once approved, it will be available in Zotero, Mendeley, and other CSL-supported software.
