Changes

• Reverts the changes done to csv_export.py and test_reports.py applied in Issue #2975 - domain and domain info portfolio fields -[HOTGOV] #3044

Context for reviewers

We recently ran a script that bulk-created portfolios for every executive federal agency. However, we also implemented a change in another ticket that modified the csv exports such that we are pulling from portfolio data as well as data on the domain itself. This is not desired as we should be pulling from the suborganization level.

Setup

Run the csv reports and ensure that they are still working. You can find these on the analytics dashboard
