Folio listings asked the store for a hardcoded 500 rows, which it silently capped at 200, so folios past 200 files were truncated without saying so.

  • GET /folios, GET /folios/{slug} and the get_folio MCP tool take limit/offset (default 50, max 200) and report total and the page size actually served.
  • get_folio defaults to view=table, like list_docs; pass view=summary for per-file ids.
  • The web UI pages through, so the sidebar still shows whole folios.

GET /folios, GET /folios/{slug} and the get_folio MCP tool asked the store
for a hardcoded 500 rows, which it silently capped at 200, so a folio past
200 files lost the rest with nothing in the response saying so. All three
now take limit/offset (default 50, max 200) and report the page they served.

get_folio also defaults to view=table like list_docs: a 50-file page is
~4.8 KB instead of ~46 KB for the old 200-row summary. The web UI walks the
pages so the sidebar still shows whole folios.
