Port to SBT 0.10.0
store current TestSuite in a DynamicVariable to allow for parallel test execution
Currently, tests that throw an error don't generate a report. Without looking at the SBT log, it may not be obvious that there are failing tests. This captures the error as part of the report.
Report uncaught errors, parallel test support
Fix testname.
