Summary

  • add Microsoft.Build NuGet package
  • reimplement MSBuildProject.ParseProjectFile using Microsoft.Build.Construction

Testing

  • dotnet build vcxproj2cmake.sln -c Release
  • dotnet test vcxproj2cmake.Tests/vcxproj2cmake.Tests.csproj --no-build --verbosity minimal
