Please add more comment (in the PR and in the code) to explain the nw scheme and to explain how you are changing old code (In the PR). E.g. are you adding a new scheduler function while retaining the old scheduler function as an alternative (so its easy to switch between the two?) |

This supports queue registration in reconverse, meaning that you can now choose which queues to run, and how frequently they are polled.
