The `create_median_mosaic()` function can now exploit a Dask cluster through the use of a custom `median()` function, based on work done by Andrew Hicks.
Pass coordinates to `create_hdmedians_multiple_band_mosaic()` instead of assuming these to be `latitude` and `longitude`
