We do have S3 credentials for our object storage, which can be seen with

vault kv get -address="https://vault.ps7.admin.canonical.com" -mount=secret services/objstor-prod-sqa-logs-ps7/s3

So maybe the S3 solution is something like

1. Add these creds as secrets in the GitHub repo
2. Pass those creds into the test suite environment
3. Add/update an S3 extension that checks the environment for these credentials and uses it to configure the s3-integrator charm
