Initial Tasks for Codeowners

• Confirm that the CODEOWNERS file is correct
• Update the scope section within README
• Create first issues to work on (e.g. an initial API draft)

Additional for new independent Sandbox repositories:

• Agree on meeting schedule with your team (e.g. on the mailing list or within an initial meeting)
• Request a meeting link for your schedule from support@camaraproject.org
• Check the wiki page for your repository and update accordingly

Current status:

• CODEOWNERS file: @camaraproject/qos-profiles_codeowners I've set the Codeowners of this new repository to the same as QualityOnDemand, please let me know if you see the need for changes.
• Scope within README: see PR docs: fill in README for the new Incubating repository #3 under review
• Wiki page: not yet created, link is currently going to CQM (Sub Project) wiki page
