Port QoD post-r4.1 fixes to qos-profiles

Problem description

The qos-profiles content seeded in #8 came from QualityOnDemand's source/r4.1 tag. Four corrections landed on QualityOnDemand main after that tag was cut and are not yet reflected here.

Expected behavior

• Port [Fixed] Fix country code standard reference in qos-profiles.yaml QualityOnDemand#608 — country code description fix (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2)
• Port fix(qos-profiles): remove HomeDeviceQoD reference, fix DCSP typo (#603) QualityOnDemand#609 — remove archived HomeDeviceQoD reference, fix DCSP→DSCP typo
• Port fix(qos-profiles): rename operationId retrieveQoSProfiles to retrieveQosProfiles QualityOnDemand#611 — rename operationId retrieveQoSProfiles to retrieveQosProfiles (agreed non-breaking, 2026-08-07 CQM call)
• Port fix: update CAMARA API Design Guidelines references across the APIs QualityOnDemand#613 — update the CAMARA API Design Guidelines reference link (qos-profiles portion only)

Blocked on #8 merging, since these corrections apply to the file it seeds. Related to #5.

Status now:

Compared camaraproject/QualityOnDemand@e29b052 against 205dfb0 (both main at fetch time). Only diff: externalDocs.url — the rest of qos-profiles.yaml and both .feature files are byte-identical.
