Reuse common IPv4 schema and add IPv6 support for ipv4Address

Problem description
records[].ipv4Address duplicates the Commonalities SingleIpv4Address schema instead of referencing it, and has no IPv6 counterpart despite identifying a DPI-derived application server address.

Possible evolution
Reference ../common/CAMARA_common.yaml#/components/schemas/SingleIpv4Address (the repo already bundles other common schemas this way) and add an equivalent IPv6 property, or a single dual-stack address field.

@hdamker We have updated the records[].ipv4Address field to reference the shared SingleIpv4Address schema from CAMARA_common.yaml instead of duplicating its definition inline. Additionally, we have introduced a new ipv6Address field that references the existing DeviceIpv6Address schema from the common specification. Both fields are optional and marked as "if applicable". The corresponding example payloads have also been updated.

I see, but unfortunately #91 is not well documented and mixes various changes which makes it difficult to validate the fix.

The ipv4Address change to SingleIpv4Address is correct, and adding ipv6Address closes the IPv6 gap — thanks.

One note on the schema choice for ipv6Address: it references DeviceIpv6Address, whose own description ("The device should be identified by the observed IPv6 address...") is written for a device address, not an application server address like this field.

Commonalities added a SingleIpv6Address schema for this exact purpose (camaraproject/Commonalities#653, camaraproject/Commonalities#654, merged to main):

@hdamker Thank you for the review and for pointing out SingleIpv6Address.
We have reviewed #653 and #654 and confirmed that this schema is available in the main branch. However, it is not yet included in the Commonality release version we are currently using.
To avoid delaying r2.1, we will keep the current reference to DeviceIpv6Address for now. We will create a follow-up issue to migrate ipv6Address to SingleIpv6Address (or its eventual standardized replacement) once the repository adopts a Commonality release that includes it.

• ipv4Address now references the common SingleIpv4Address schema.
• Added ipv6Address referencing the common SingleIpv6Address schema.

Since the repository has been upgraded to Commonalities r4.4 (x-camara-commonalities: "0.9.0"), SingleIpv6Address is now available, so ipv6Address uses it directly instead of DeviceIpv6Address — as suggested in the earlier review comment.
