Extending TestCase definitions #111

Problem description
The API functionality of the Dedicated Networks APIs was modified and extended. The Test Definition has not been updated yet.

Possible evolution

Extend the existing test definitions for existing APIs.
Adding new Testcases for the new Areas API.
