This PR will:

  • Add clickhouse development section (no need anymore for pvannierop/cbioportal-clickhouse-pilot repo).
  • Authomatic provisioning of clickhouse from the cBioPortal MySQL database (for implemented tables only).
  • Add documentation on development setup.
  • Implementation of the geneticProfiles element of the StudyViewFilter
