Normalize location names?

If you autocomplete a location and there are entries for "Center Camp" and "center camp", both show up. Perhaps these should be merged?

Also leading/trailing/multiple spaces add duplicates, though perhaps these should be cleaned up at data entry time? Both? On the server?
