Hello Cromwell Team,
I've updated a prior pull request: #6225 in order to support shared-vpc (https://cloud.google.com/vpc/docs/shared-vpc) in GCP. The changes include shared-project-id and shared-region parameters in order to form a Subnetwork label. Since the parameters depend on other some validations checks were updated.
