Covers file loading end to end, the Full Analysis document, the sample picker, the in-browser encode, the mp4box feeding loop, the tab bar, the Inspect table of contents, the Educational switch, the save helpers and mediabunny metadata extraction, plus the drag, button and pixel-grid paths of the Compare panes' zoom/pan. The vitest config now defines __APP_VERSION__ the way the app is built, so a module that prints the version can be unit-tested at all. Coverage goes from 63% to 81% of statements.
