Added BBQS, CON, and Talmo Lab watermarks framing the page - #13

Mirrors brain-bbqs/bbqs-uploader: the circle-cropped BBQS org logo fixed to the top-left corner and the CON logo in the bottom-right of the footer bar, each linking to its site. The Talmo Lab logo sits beside CON, linking to talmolab.org; the lab's default logo has a near-black flask outline that is invisible against the dark theme, so the white-stroke variant they ship for dark backgrounds is loaded there instead. Below 1420px of viewport width the centred content box no longer clears the corner marks, so the BBQS watermark is dropped and the footer bar falls back to normal document flow. The CON artwork carries its own name; the lab's flask does not, so the name is set beneath it and the whole link is faded together, rather than only the image, so text and artwork read at the same weight. Widening the pair by the label pushes the width the centered content box has to clear from 205px to 212px, so the measured fallback point moves from 1390px to 1404px. Two things made the bottom-left column read differently from the sibling apps. The links and version stamp were set at 13px against their 0.92rem, and the accent they inherit was this app's #2952cc rather than the indigo those two share. Both are now taken from the references: the footer lengths verbatim in rem so the three stay pixel-identical, and --accent as #4f46e5 light / #818cf8 dark, with the derived hover, bright and tint tokens re-mixed from it. The taller footer column needs more room beneath the page than the old 90px, so the body padding and the consent banner offset move up with it. Added institutional watermarks to frame the page: the BBQS logo fixed to the top-left corner, and the CON and Talmo Lab logos in the bottom-right footer, matching the design from bbqs-uploader.
