Closing per the approved PR triage. This package-scoped TypeScript 7 bump fails sdk-exports validation and overlaps the other TS7 PRs. We should replace the set with one coordinated TypeScript 7 + @typescript-eslint migration that passes install, tests, and SDK export validation.
