v0.1.0 - Initial release

Initial release of cryoSRPNT, accompanying the tomoDRGN bioarxiv preprint. Requires cryoDRGN for volume, image, and star file handling.

Key features:

• Project 3-D .mrc volumes to .mrcs image stacks
  • with defined poses (choice of user-provided, healpy-sampled, or spherically-random-distributed) and translations (choice of uniform translation range)
  • as either sum-along-z (for image data simulation) or max-along-z (for image mask simulation)
  • optionally as a tilt series per-pose for simulating tilt series data
• Corrupt noiseless image stacks
  • with defined CTF parameters and structural/shot noise levels
  • optionally with tilt series dose and tilt weighting
• Generate a star file for the selected image stack in Relion v3.0 / Warp format for downstream image processing (e.g. cryoDRGN, tomoDRGN, etc.)
