Since this is the same text as was used in the Botocore guide update (except for slightly different code snippets), I feel I can safely forgo editorial review this time. This is ready to merge at y'all's convenience, unless you find something wrong that I don't see. |

This update to the boto3 docs adds to the paginators chapter information explaining that the
CommonPrefixeslist doesn't count toward the limit set byMaxItems, with example code.I have a build of this on my cloud desktop.
