This is the first release of the extended abstract review sheet template.

2023 Abstract Templates v1.2

• Improved instructions on what the authors should edit in the title, headers, and footers in the docx/odt templates.
• Switched to the apalike bib style for bib file based bibliographies (fixed failed builds)

The docx template is generated from the v1.1 libreoffice file and the headers and highlighting are manually tweaked for correct function.
