I have been a software engineer and engineering leader with a career spanning more than 20 years working in both the private and public sectors along with service in the US Army - working with many organizations spanning from well established large enterprises to new start ups.

Outside of my day job, I am excited to be exploring the frontiers of AI and its impact on software development, a fast changing landscape impacting every aspect of industry.
I love working in the NodeJS and Python ecosystems, but going back through my career, I have touched many stacks and all have their benefits and charms (even Java, sort of...).
I also am super passionate about engineering leadership and organization, constantly exploring new ways to lead, inspire and organize teams within engineering organizations. Nothing is more rewarding to me professionally than motivating or inspiring others in ways that impact them currently or in the future of their own careers.
I am interested in collaborating on AI Agents and tooling, and learning the best ways to get the most out of these amazing tools and technologies that are evolving almost daily.
