UI監査で、モーションの方針がなく reduced-motion 未対応・背景の 常時アニメーション・効いていないアニメーションクラスが混在している こと、destructive の塗りがライト・ゲーミングで 4.5:1 未満であること、 押せないボタンが有効と同じ見た目になっていることを確認した。 - 5.6 動き: 動かす対象の判断表、トークン・プロパティ・曲線の書き方、 動きを減らす設定、背景オーロラは減らす設定と音声処理中に止める - 5.1 destructive の塗りと文字 4.5:1、状態の目印 3:1 - 5.2 押せないボタンの見た目と理由の表示 - 8 チェックリストに上記を追加 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

UI監査の改修に先立ち、
docs/DESIGN.mdに不足していた規則を追加します。あわせて、未コミットだった用途別ウィンドウ方針（#109）の追記を記録します。積み上げPRの1本目です（→ UI監査の改修 → モーション基盤）。
