- adjusted bindings extraction to not rely on node inspect anymore - added new vite export that uses nodejs apis

This PR removes the necessity to add the compatibility flag to
nodejs_compatby:util.inspect)"bknd/adapter/cloudflare/vite"for the vite pluginWithout
nodejs_compat, bknd internal env flags will not work, since there is no global access ofprocess.envanymore. But that's for debugging purposes mostly.
