星穹铁道这里的数据其实有固定的角色和光锥 ID ，可以用 ID 来判断是否是非 UP。
同时要考虑一些特殊情况，比如可能出现的角色 UP 后进入常驻池，常驻池的角色在某一期成为 UP 角色。
