  • update project configuration
  • Upstream I/O functions to PyStow
  • remove sssom-py from testing and replace with sssom-pydantic due to LinkML broke sssom-py mapping-commons/sssom-py#644
  • changes to objects upstream modified the way that objects were pickled, breaking all of the hashes. This motivates a follow-up that implements non-pickle-based hashes
