- Map MGI gene identifiers to UniProt
- Identify other organisms available from MeSH

Doesn't UniProt provide MGI mappings though? I'm pretty sure it does. |

UniProt mapping is the big TODO - we can do lots of different automated mapping generations with the last push |

I might be missing something but I think UniProt provides mappings to most relevant organism specific databases. |

@bgyori yes they do! I haven't written code for this, so maybe you could help. I think you're working on improving ProtMapper to do this right now, right? |
