We are pushing out a new minor release. The following changes have been made in this release

  • qiime2 is now decoupled from gneiss. So now, gneiss can be installed separately from qiime2. All of the qiime2 commands have been moved to q2-gneiss. Gneiss will only be concerned with the Python API moving forward
  • Minor fixes with the heatmaps have been addressed. Now there is a colorbar, and additional arguments can be passed into the heatmap function (for instance color normalization parameters).
