Autofocus the input field when adding a new subreddit or channel.

One question: which browsers did you try this on?

I quickly tested it on Chrome and seems to work ok, but it doesn't work on Firefox (Desktop).

Also did a quick test on Mobile Safari (with the simulator) and it doesn't seem to work.

To be honest, I didn't set up a local copy of the project to test it, since I was just adding two standard html expressions. I'll set it up and go for a better solution when I'm home from work.

Yeah, it's cool, because I was actually going to start working on it, and I thought it needs to be done programmatically.
