Added new BuildMultipleSelect method that is not reliant on the MVC model so it can be used more flexibly. Needed for a scenario where we did not have a model with Lookups and Ids in separate fields.
Other diffs are caused by VS correcting the mixed line endings. can be hidden by adding &w=1 to github review url.
