This PR aims at simplifying the repo setup process.
The setup process no longer requires
nodemonandsequelizerto be installed globally and instead installs them automatically when runningyarn, by adding them asdevDependencies. The set up instructions have been updated to reflect this change.I've also added a gotcha about the order when starting front and back end, just in case someone gets confused in the future.
