Implement a unified _compute_lazy_aware utility in src/xregrid/utils.py to cleanly detect and dispatch computations to Dask or Cubed backends recursively on nested structures (lists, tuples, dicts). Refactor create_grid_like and _detect_periodicity to use this utility, completely eliminating dask-centric backend locking. Add double eager/lazy testing for this utility in tests/test_aero_compute_agnostic.py.
