Safari handles copied URLs as a text/plain + text/uri-list object. This PR allows linking selected text with this clipboard content too.

Safari handles copied URLs as a combined
text/plain+text/uri-listobject. When pasted over a selection, this only pasted the URL, instead of creating a link on the selected text.This PR allows linking selected text with this clipboard content too.
