Also pulls in the transitive updates fastlane 2.238.0 permits, most notably faraday 1.x to 2.14.3, google-apis-core 0.18.0 to 1.2.5, and xcodeproj 1.27.0 to 1.28.1. Validated with the same steps the Release Config CI job runs: Fastfile parses, fastlane --version reports 2.238.0, and all four lanes list.
