Description of changes:
Request to add canopy height for amazon forest dataset from CTrees. Online submission request sent May 5, 2025.

FYI - the build is failing because you used a tag, aerial LiDAR, that is not in our tags.yaml (https://github.com/awslabs/open-data-registry/blob/main/tags.yaml). You can use lidar but not aerial LiDAR.
