Fixing invalid output from "helm show crds"

Issue

Invalid output from helm show crds ...

helm show crds ./stable/aws-load-balancer-controller

Context: In our system we use the output of helm show crds to have the CRD's fully managed in git.

Description of changes

Added Directives end marker to the top of crds.yaml

Testing

Ran helm show crds ./stable/aws-load-balancer-controller and confirmed out manually
