Fix WebIdentityTokenFileCredentialsProvider#toString

Motivation and Context

WebIdentityTokenFileCredentialsProvider#toString currently prints WebIdentityTokenCredentialsProvider which was the name of this class in SDKv1. The class was renamed in SDKv2 but the toString implementation didn't follow.

Modifications

Align toString with correct class name
