Description of changes

Stepfunctions DistributedMap ResultWriter support JSONPath bucket

Describe any new or updated permissions being added

When using JSONpath/JSONata, use wildcard(*) for these permissions:

's3:PutObject',
's3:GetObject',
's3:ListMultipartUploadParts',
's3:AbortMultipartUpload',
's3:ListBucket',
